Theme: Journey mapping and strategy collaboration
A beauty loyalty program launched as an extension of Balance Rewards.
For every $50 spent at stores or online on beauty and personal care items, customers earned 5,000 Balance Rewards points. Furthermore, a beauty questionnaire completed as part of the enrollment helped personalized the overall experience.
As the lead UXA for Beauty on walgreens.com, I worked closely with business to define the requirements and the design of the program. This also included collaborating on the strategy for Beauty on walgreens.com and in the stores — understanding how the program could evolve in a phased approach (see below for sample work).
