Sears Marketplace was a seller portal that allowed third-party vendors to create, manage, and fulfill orders for sears.com customers.
The portal was originally designed under an array of constraints and time limitations. As a team of 2 UXAs, we proposed and convinced the product team to dedicate a month’s time to revisit and improve the previously launched experience. This became known as “March Clean-Up”.
No major enhancements were implemented during this time outside of the “March Clean-Up” recommendations.
